Here you see the bridge completed to it's final shape, inlayed, but with out the saddle slot cut, read to be glued onto the body.  The finish has been removed form the body under the position of the bridge.  The two holes at the bridge position are two of the string pin holes predrilled to help with positioning the bridge as the clamps are set up.
